一、个人简介
博士生导师,国家人才计划入选者。现任天津市海洋资源与化学重点实验室主任、天津市双一流学科海洋科学学科带头人、天津科技大学印度洋生态系统研究中心主任。获批教育部新世纪优秀人才(2012)、天津市特聘教授(2011)、天津市131第一层次入选者(2012)、 天津市教委创新团队带头人(2014、2018)、天津市劳动模范(2015)、天津市中青年科技创新领军人才(2016)、天津市高校“学科领军人才培养计划”人选(2017)、天津市131创新团队带头人(2018)、国务院政府特殊津贴(2018)等荣誉称号。获得中国产学研合作创新奖(个人奖,2015;优秀奖,2017)等。目前为《Acta Oceanologica Sinica》《海洋学报》主编助理、《Frontiers in Marine Science》、《Advances in Climate Change Research》、《Ecosystem Health and Sustainability》、《Marine Life Science & Technology》、《生物多样性》、《海洋通报》、《生态学报》、《应用海洋学学报》、《天津科技大学学报》等期刊主编助理、学科编辑、编委,担任UNESCO国际间海洋委员会海洋浮游植物工作组(TrendsPO)成员、国际SOLAS计划中国委员、中国探险学会海洋科学考察专业委员会副主任委员、中国生态学会海洋生态专业委员会理事、海洋与湖沼学会底栖生物学会常务理事等。近年来依托天津科技大学主持国家重点研发计划1项、国家自然科学基金6项。工作以来发表论文280余篇,其中SCI论文120余篇,被ESI收录论文2篇。
