团队简介
本团队主要以海洋微藻、海洋细菌等微型生物为对象,利用生物化学、分子生物学、生物信息学等手段在微藻食品及保健品、海藻多糖、藻菌复合剂、石油烃降解菌、水质净化、大型海藻的资源化利用及海洋微生物治理重金属污染等领域开展了基础及应用研究。已研制了缓解视疲劳盐藻胶囊、海藻除腥剂、复合抗肿瘤海藻多糖、微藻空气净化器、天然生物助凝剂等产品。获得发明专利10项,转让1项,发表论文150多篇,撰写专著及教材5部。在水产养殖尾水的循环利用、海产品的保鲜贮藏、柚子皮的综合开发、溢油综合生物修复菌剂的制备及滩涂油污的生态修复、石油烃降解菌的基因组学和降解机理、重金属污染的生物修复、利用厌氧细菌发酵海带进行微生物制氢以及异化铁还原细菌和硫酸盐还原细菌治理重金属等领域有较多的研究积累。
